Steep around 1.5 to 2 tsp of this green mate per cup for 5-6 mins in 75-85° C fresh water. Add sugar if you may, but do not add any milk.

I was expecting a really strong flavour from this tea (I don't know why), but it's a lovely delicate brew which belies its caffeine hit!
