Brilliant mug

So easy to use and a good size as it’s slightly bigger than the average mug

Very good service

Bought some glass tea mugs and they arrived relatively quickly and well packaged. Would definitely use again.

Great mug for single person loose leaf, one small design issue

It looks nice, it works well in making tea for one. It's large capacity for when you want a proper mug of tea and the handle is a little large, but better a little large than a little small. I've taken a star off as the infuser has a small hole in the rim, presumably for air to escape without popping the lid off as you dunk it. But the hole is in the rim next to the lifting tab so directs a jet of steam at your fingers if you submerge the diffuser with the lid on, which is quite scaldy. Solution, make it with the hole anywhere else on the rim. Workaround, don't dunk the diffuser with the lid on/don't try and make fancy tea like a builder and dunk it at all...
